La Segunda Central Bakery offers an array of fresh breads and home-baked pastries to local residents and visitors in the walk-in cafe of our bakery. Our pastry chef creates a daily variety of delectable desserts such as fruit turnovers, cookies and the traditional Spanish Flan.

The ingredients are carefully mixed by our veteran master bakers, some of whom have been part of the La Segunda family for more than 20 years.

Our Guava turnovers are a local favorite, and our most popular treat .

The dough is shaped into loaves so that workers can place a fresh palmetto leaf across the top to hold the moisture in.
